Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 28, 2015, from around 14:10 to 16:15 on the same day, the Defendant participated in an assembly of the National Pension Enhancement and the Resolution of the Resolution of the Total Force Defack for the Korean Public Officials' Labor Unions, etc., organized by the Korean Federation in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. At the end of the assembly, the Defendant: (a) went away from the place of assembly report; (b) around 3,500 participants depart from the place of assembly report; and (c) took 11 lanes from the place to the front road of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; and (d) interfered with the traffic of vehicles by creating and carrying out relief by gathering 11 lanes.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the office building of the National Assembly;
