A is a member who works as a social worker and attends the same church as the victim C(54).

On February 11, 2018, at around 08:51, the Defendant: (a) committed assault with the victim’s fluence on the ground that the victim, who is in dispute with the church inside the “E church” worship located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, has obstructed the worship while occupying the F in the religious order.
