Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on a motor vehicle around 21:15, driving a B observer car within approximately 60km from the front day of the 65-1 Molle-ro, the Gyeong-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, to the front day of the 307 bank.
