A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2018, around 20:10, the Defendant driven a Bbe-cr cruise car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court, 45-32-12, the Seocho-gu, Seoul Central District Court of Justice, from around 1km to the front road of the Gu Changnam-ro, the first half of which was about 8, the first half of which was about 1km.
