Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from January 201 to June 201, 201, received the education course from D Private Teaching Institutes located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, as “E,” and thereafter, operated G Research Institutes from Nam-gu, Incheon, and the victim H was a person who received education from the said D Private Teaching Institutes from 2003 to the said D Private Teaching Institutes as “I.” The victim J was a person who received English lectures from the said D Private Teaching Institutes to the said D Private Teaching Institutes as “K” from 2005.

1. Defamation;

A. On June 201, the Defendant undermined the victim H’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by stating that “I had been forced to dismiss the Defendant on the part of the private teaching institute,” and that “I had been urged to dismiss the Defendant on the part of the private teaching institute,” despite the fact that the victim H had no pressure to dismiss the Defendant on the part of the private teaching institute.”

B. Around March 2013 to April, 2013, the Defendant undermined the victim H’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by the following purport: (a) the Defendant was demoted against 100 students although the victim H did not have sent a sect to the Defendant’s class; and (b) the Defendant was demoted against the 100 students.

C. On March 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the instant G Research Institute; and (b) at around March 4, 2013, the Defendant gave an instruction to 100 students, despite the absence of the fact that the Defendant’s teaching materials and answers made by the Defendant, the Defendant undermined the victim H’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts.

Around March 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the foregoing G Research Institute; (b) despite the fact that the victim H had not followed the Defendant’s class title and content, the Defendant was demoted against 100 students despite the fact that the victim H had not followed the Defendant’s class title and content; and (c) made a victim H’s honor by openly pointing out false facts by stating that “I would follow the class title and content.”
