Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:30 on August 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sought a victim to receive money from the victim C, which was located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, in front of the residence entrance of the victim C; (b) however, there was no seal, and (c) caused the gate, which was a dangerous object located in front of the building, to remove the locking device of the above entrance, and destroyed and damaged the locking device of the entrance at the market price of the city owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

2. At around 11:30 on the same day as above, the Defendant was living together with the victim’s residence entrance, and the Defendant used the repair hole for the keys to his name even without the consent of the above victim, and entered the entrance door of the victim’s residence to the victim’s residence, up to 19:05 on the same day, and invaded the victim’s residence until the police called out.
