When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 201, 2014, at the end of 03:00, the Defendant: (a) removed a victim’s joint shock network; and (b) destroyed the market price by opening the victim’s joint shock network; (c) on the ground that the victim’s house 102 dong 505 dong 105 dong 505 dong 105 dong 505 dong 102 dong 105 dong 2

The Defendant, at early 03:00 on December 2, 2014, was unable to leave the victim for about 20 minutes by combining the electric lines to the gas pipes and the crime prevention windows of the victim’s house, on the same grounds as the written in paragraph (1), at the same place as the written in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.

3. On January 5, 2015, at around 12:26, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim to dismantle the key locker by using the cresh that is not inside the house for the same reason as that described in paragraph (1); (b) replaced the locker; and (c) entered the entrance to the residence of the victim; and (d) invaded the victim’s residence.
