Punishment of the crime
On June 27, 2008, Defendant A was notified of a summary order of KRW 300,000 as larceny from the Gwangju District Court’s Net Branch of the Gwangju District Court, on January 22, 2009, sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court’s Gwangju District Court on April 29, 2009, sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months and fines for 300,000 won for special larceny, etc. on July 7, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months and fines for 300,000 won for special larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court’s Net Branch of the Gwangju District Court on July 7, 2010. On November 10, 2011, Defendant A completed the execution of the sentence from the relevant prison on February 19, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
Defendant, habitually,
1. On July 9, 2014, around 15:07, the victim FF was located in F, which had not been corrected for the purpose of theft, and entered more than 32,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 50,000 won in the market value, were brought and stolen;
