Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny at the Ulsan District Court on September 26, 201, for one year or two years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 7, 2014, and is currently under suspended execution.

1. On July 28, 2014, around 02:00 on July 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a “E” restaurant operated by the victim D of the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) removed the toilet from the toilet; and (c) invaded into the outside of the window and stolen the cash owned by the victim.

2. Larceny and intrusion upon a structure;
A. On October 4, 2014, at around 07:44, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into a H “A toilet window which was not corrected for the first time” operated by the Victim G in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) and (c) cut off cash owned by the victim’s bank at the same place with KRW 80,000,000.
B. On October 22, 2014, at around 07:09, the Defendant opened a back door to “K” restaurant operated by the Victim J in Ulsan-dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and intruded into it, and stolen the cash of KRW 200,000,000 owned by the victim who was in the saving depository in the account unit.
3. On October 21, 2014, around 01:46, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into a 'N' restaurant operated by the victim M of the victim L L in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened a 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim and stolen it.
