Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Force】 The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months on May 24, 2019 by the Daegu District Court for obstructing the performance of official duties, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 1, 2019 and is currently under suspended sentence.
【Criminal facts】 The Defendant is also a person engaging in driving a vehicle.
