A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 2, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny for 8 months in the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court, and on April 3, 2008, the same court was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, injury, etc. in the same court on April 3, 2008 and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 4, 2008, and the sentence of the said suspended sentence was invalidated, and the execution of each of the said sentence was completed in the first prison of the North Korean defectors of the Daegu District Court.
1. Special robbery;
A. On January 15, 2013, around 19:25, the Defendant: (a) expressed the “E” operation “E” of the Victim D (A) located in Jeju Island; (b) expressed the knife (19cm in the blade length), which was a deadly weapon prepared in advance for the victim; and (c) threatened the victim to “on the face of any money, I would like to get off KRW 30,000 in cash,” and forced the victim to “on the face of any money.”
Accordingly, the Defendant, while carrying a knife that is a deadly weapon, took money and valuables from the victim.
B. On January 18, 2013, around 15:20, the Defendant: (a) directed the victim’s resistance in “H” operated by the victim G (n, 74 years of age) located in the Jeju-si F; (b) threatened the victim by putting the knife on the knife; and (c) coercing the victim’s resistance; and (d) 40,700 won and the 1st price of tobacco to be 40,000 won in cash from the victim.
Accordingly, the Defendant, while carrying a knife that is a deadly weapon, took money and valuables from the victim.
2. Larceny;
A. At around 13:30 on January 2, 2013, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s 10,000 won in cash from the wall wall in the victim K at the “J” room located in Jeju City I, by making the victim K put the seat and making surveillance neglected.
