A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court on September 4, 2009 and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for the same crime in the Suwon District Court on May 2, 2001, two years of imprisonment for the same crime in the Suwon District Court on September 21, 2004, and one year and six months of imprisonment for the same crime in the Daegu District Court on September 21, 2004.

1. Special robbery and attempted special robbery;

A. On April 24, 2012, at around 04:40 on April 24, 2012, the Defendant, at the “D convenience store” located in Gwangju-si, took face with her mother and Mask-ro, took a deadly weapon, which is a deadly weapon, prepared in advance to the victim E (the age of 37). On May 14, 2012, at around 03:46, the Defendant: (a) applied the knife, a deadly weapon, which was prepared in advance with her mother and make face, to the victim J (the 24 years old) and threatened the victim’s resistance; (b) forced the victim to take 950,000 won in cash in his/her credit cooperative; and (c) forced the victim to take the knife the knife.

On May 14, 2012, around 03:50 on 03:0 on 14, 2012, at the “L convenience store” located in K, the Defendant, in the same manner as subsection (c), took a knife, which is a deadly weapon, and made a threat to “a change in money,” thereby making a withdrawal of cash. However, the Defendant attempted to enter by other customers.

E. The Defendant on December 2012
