A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and a fine of three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

"2018 Highest 1201"

1. On January 15, 2018, the Defendant illegally used air defense, obtained a license plate (D) from a C reservoir located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, and used the public sign unlawfully by attaching the license plate to the Defendant 125 cc.

2. On January 15, 2018, from around November 15, 2018 to April 11:35, 2018, the Defendant exercised the defense of illegally used air by attaching a number plate that he acquired from the Defendant’s dwelling place in the apartment of Yanananan-si in Yanan-si from the Defendant’s dwelling place in the apartment of Yananan-si to April 19, 201, and by driving the above Yan-si.

1. A crime committed on February 10, 2018;

A. On February 10, 2018, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving), operated a non-registered business motor bicycle within approximately 10km section from the front side of the Nam-gu E apartment building in the Nam-gu, Southern-gu, Chungcheongnam-dong, Nam-dong, Southern-dong, to the south-dong, Nam-dong, Southern-dong, Seoul, without obtaining a motor device bicycle driver’s license.

B. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is the owner of the foregoing unregistered business motor machine.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Defendant, at the same time, at the same place as the above “1. A”, operated the aforementioned unregistered business motor bicycle that was not covered by mandatory insurance.

2. A crime committed on July 11, 2018;

A. On July 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven an unregistered motor vehicle of about 5 km from the front of a reservoir in South-gu, South-gu, South-gu, Southern-gu, Chungcheongnam-do to the front of an independent memorial hall located in the Nam-gu, Namcheon-gu, Namcheon-gu, Namcheon-gu, Namcheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) drive an unregistered motor vehicle of about 150cc without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is the owner of an unregistered automobile 150cc.

The owner of an automobile shall be a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.
