If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor bicycle at the time of 50 hours of registration without registration, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

2. On the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) driven an unregistered bicycle at the time of 50 cc of alcohol in the section of 100 meters under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license from the above skiing age in the northwest-gu, Seoan-gu to the D located in C; and (b) the Defendant driven a bicycle at the time of 50-cc of registration in the section of 100 meters under the influence of alcohol.

It is possible to operate any motor vehicle, etc. which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.
