A. Defendant B’s KRW 357,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from February 20, 2019 to June 26, 2020.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant C is the representative of Defendant C, and the religious organization with Defendant B as the president of New Dos, and the name of the former organization is “E”.

B. Article 3 (Period of Time for Sales in Lots and Terms of Time) The period of sale in lots shall be from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2021.
