A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on November 21, 2013; imprisonment with prison labor for one year from the Ulsan District Court on November 21, 2013; imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on October 14, 2016; and on October 23, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the said punishment in the second intersection of the North Korean Dos on October 23, 2017.

1. A thief: (a) around 17:00 on November 29, 2017, the Defendant: (b) discovered Category C cargo vehicles parked in front of the 612-dong-ro 503 Geumdong-gu, Geumdong-gu, Busan (Guwest-gu); (c) opened an unlocked door; and (d) opened a cellular phone (LG-F620K) with one unit of cell phone (LG-620K) with an amount equivalent to KRW 300,000 in the market price owned by the victim D, located adjacent to the driver’s seat, from the time of theft until February 1, 2018, the Defendant stolen goods worth KRW 1,287,500 in total on five occasions, as shown in attached Table 1 of the daily list of crimes, until February 1, 2018.

2. On January 23, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) presented the stolen Samsung Credit Card Co., Ltd., which was stolen, as in the second sentence of the Crimes List Nos. 2 of the above paragraph (1), to the victim’s name as if the Defendant was a lawful holder; and (b) received 4 tobacco equivalent to the market price of KRW 18,000 from the victim, from the time of receiving the delivery from the victim, until February 1, 2018, the Defendant acquired property or pecuniary benefits of KRW 146,000 from the victims nine times in total, as in the second sentence of the Crimes List No. 2 of the Crimes List No. 2.

The Defendant found on November 23, 2017, 19:00, the 10,000 J1 ton Cargo Sheet’s Sheet’s Sheet, which was parked by the victim I, to be opened in front of the Hotel Office of Busan, Busan on November 23, 2017, and accessed the above cargo vehicle, and 10,00 won, which was owned by the victim, 10,00 won, 10,000 won, 10,000 won, 10,000 won, and 2 the Nong Bank C&C.
