Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 28, 2010, the Defendant sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jin prison on April 16, 2012.

"2013 Highest 1329"

1. On April 12, 2013, at around 22:42, the Defendant: (a) discovered 2 fingers in front of the road operated by the victim C in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, the market price of the victim’s possession, which is 2.50,00 won; (b) opened up the 2nd of the damage reserve; and (c) opened the 2nd of the damage reserve in front of the road operated by the victim C in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; and (d) opened the 1st of the other hand reserve, the Defendant carried the 1st of the other hand reserve in advance, and led the two hand.

2. On April 16, 2013, the Defendant discovered 1,80,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession in front of G route operated by the victim F in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, and led the cre that does not seem to have any cre.

3. On April 19, 2013, at around 18:10 on April 19, 2013, the Defendant laid off a 1 set of 50,000 won at the victim I in front of the J road operated by the victim I of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H H 1 to the victim’s second floor of the lock-si in order to sell by making use of the cresh of the victim’s cresh, which was displayed at that place, at the victim’s market price, as described in the foregoing Paragraph 2.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the victim C, F, and I's property each over three times in total.

4. On June 27, 2013, around 15:15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim L in the street near Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, by removing 20,000 won of the market price from the front pentf, which was in possession of the string of the string, and inserting two wheels of the above 20,000 won of the market price into the bags for travel within the country.
