Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On May 16, 2018, Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months and two years of suspended execution in the Gwangju District Court for violating the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 24, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The facts that Defendant A’s public electronic records, etc., false entry, public electronic records, etc., violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, and interference with business were established and registered with the company, notwithstanding the absence of an actual intent to operate the company, and opened an account in the name of the corporation using it, and made the passbook, cash card, etc. connected to the account, and then transferred the account to the person in default of name.

On December 15, 2016, the Defendant made a false application for registration of incorporation to a public official in charge of registration in name, without paying the corporation capital from the Suwon District Court, Suwon District Court, which is located in the Masan-ro7 of the wife population, and without establishing a corporate office, etc. on December 15, 2016, by making a false application for registration with no intent to establish and operate the corporate office.

A public official in charge of the above registration, who is unaware of such circumstance, entered the computer system in order to complete the registration of incorporation of "V" in the corporate register, and kept the said computerized corporate register in which the aforementioned false fact is recorded.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a false report to a public official to record false facts in the corporate register in the same electronic records as the original of the notarial deed, and made him/her keep them in the electronic register, and made him/her record false facts in the corporate register in the same electronic records as the original of the notarial deed by making a false report to a public official twice in total as shown in the attached crime list (1) through December 5, 2017 in the same manner.
