1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 430,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 28, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff lent KRW 430,000,000 to the Defendant on July 6, 2006, KRW 30,000,000 on July 14, 2006, KRW 40,000 on August 1, 2006, and KRW 10,000 on June 1, 2007, and KRW 430,000 on a total of KRW 10,000 on June 1, 2007.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 430,000,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 28, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when the duplicate of the instant complaint was served on the Defendant.
