A and B shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.
In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Anyone shall report in advance for an assembly, and when he/she receives a demand from the chief of the competent police station for voluntary dispersion of an illegal demonstration or assembly and refuses to comply with such demand, he/she shall dissolve the order without delay.
1. On July 9, 201, at around 19:00, Defendant A participated in the second “F” assembly held in the Busan Dong-dong area of Busan Dong-dong, Busan, but started from around 21:20, Defendant A occupied a road of about 3 kilometers from the 21:20s to the wall installed by the police on the front side of the water source located in the Busan Jung-dong-dong, which was located in the city.
At around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant continued to carry out a project in the direction of the Hanjin Industries located in the same Gu Cheongjindong, but requested voluntary dispersion at around 23:05 on the same day from the first winter guard and the head of the Seoul Special Police Agency, around 23:16 on the same day, the first dispersion order was issued at around 23:35 on the same day, the second dispersion order was issued at around 23:35 on the same day, and the second dispersion order was issued at around 23:45 on the same day.
Nevertheless, by July 10, 201, the Defendant refused to dissolve without delay in the above dispersion order until July 10, 2011, the following day.
2. On July 9, 201, Defendant B, to participate in the second “F” assembly, sought a police officer’s right to repair the side wall installed in the front of the water source located in the middle-gu Busan metropolitan area, and attempted to conduct the operation in the direction of the Han Jin Industries located in the middle-gu, Cheongwon. However, in the process, Defendant B was ordered to voluntarily dissolve around 23:05 on the same day from the first East Korean Police Agency guard and the head of the first East Korean Police Agency around 23:05 on the same day; first dispersion order around 23:16 on the same day; second dispersion order around 23:35 on the same day; second dispersion order around 23:45 on the same day; and third dispersion order around 23:45 on the same day.
Nevertheless, until July 10, 201, the following day, the Defendant refused to dissolve without delay in the above dispersion order by July 10, 201.
