A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. Night theft at night on November 29, 2017;

A. On November 29, 2017, around 03:56, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the D Hospital B458 sick rooms located in Ansan-si C, Ansan-si; and (b) stolen cash worth KRW 100,000,000, which is the victim’s possession, from the wall where the victim B is locked, using the gaps in which the victim B is locked.

B. At around 04:00 on November 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s “A” and “B451 sick rooms” and “B451”, and (b) 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim E in storing personal goods using the gaps where the victim E is locked.

2. A person who attempted larceny at night on December 12, 2017;

A. On December 12, 2017, at around 03:45, the Defendant committed the crime against Victim F, the Defendant invadedd with the victim’s “1-A” and “B451,” and attempted to steal cash from the victim, but attempted to steal the victim’s “nurt,” and attempted to flee. B) On December 12, 2017, the Defendant attempted to commit the crime against Victim G at around 03:50, when the victim fell under the “1-A” in the above hospital B458, and came to fall under the victim’s “five beds,” and opened the storage of the personal goods to be stolen from the victim’s body colored, and thereby, attempted to commit the crime from the victim’s locked to the victim’s “nurt, she will have come to know whether he or she would have come to know whether he or she or she will escape.”
