A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 3, 2012, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: around 04:30 on August 3, 2012, the Defendant entered the three-storys of the D Hospital in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, into the sick room in which he was hospitalized and stolen objects, and went back to the sick room in which the victim E (the age of 57) was hospitalized.

The Defendant, in the above sick room, found the victim's fingers on the part of the victim, using the gap in the victim's crepans, followed the victim's fingers by using the function such as the fingers of the mobile phone that he was in possession of the victim's crepans, and attempted to do so.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steals property by intrusion upon the victim's residence at night.

3. On August 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the entrance door, which was opened in front of the house of the victim J in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; and (b) 186,000 won in cash and 5,000 won in the market price on the knives, after the victim entered the room where she was diving and was suffering from the clothes; and (c) 2,000 won in total in the market price on the knives.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the property.
