2. Determination

A. According to the above facts of recognition as to the cause of the claim, the defendant possessed the land of this case by owning the building, etc. listed in the attached list No. 1, and thereby hindering the plaintiff's exercise of land ownership. Thus, the defendant removes the building, etc. listed in the attached list No. 1 as stated in the attached Form No. 1, and unless there are special circumstances.
