A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 25, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) (hereinafter “AD”) (hereinafter “AD”) operated a B SP-type car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.139% from PP-type 7781, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and left to the left in violation of the DP-type signal from C-section. On the other hand, the Defendant suffered from the F-ray driver’s driving of the victim E (n.e., 26 years old) who was proceeding under the direct straight line from C-section 3-lane, with the upper right-hand part of the said SP-type car. At the same time, the Defendant got the victim E to receive approximately six weeks of 6-day medical treatment for the right-hand part of the said SP-type car.
At the time, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with red shock, and it was difficult to drive normally due to unstable pedestrian conditions.
Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the victims to be injured.
2. On June 25, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.139% at around 23:35, the Defendant driven the said B SP car within a about 10 kilometer of about 10 kilometers from the front of the Sinpo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, 781.
