On June 23, 2013, at around 22:03, the Defendant driven approximately 2 km B vehicles from the old world in front of the Jyangdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the upper street of about 1:630 square meters, in the state of the blood alcohol concentration of 0.08%.
