On November 14, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.163% on blood alcohol level at around 23:32, the Defendant was driving a Brenton car over about 500 meters from the street of 680-68, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul to the street of 236-31, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
