Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2020, the Defendant connected the Internet illegal gambling site B at his own residence at the Cheongju-si, and used his own bank C account, and predicted the result of 200,000 won deposited in the company-based bank E account in the name of the limited company D, which is used by the above site operator, and operated gambling by paying dividends depending on whether or not the games were fit, and then, from that time to July 28, 2020, the Defendant deposited 54,560,000 won in the gambling site operation account using the Defendant’s account under the name of the Defendant from that time to July 28, 2020.
