Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things, and shall use them for gambling.

On December 3, 2019, the Defendant subscribed to the “D” site at Yeonsu-gu Incheon Building and Defendant’s home, and then opened gambling by means of predicting the outcome of a specific sports game that is determined by a betting event by paying game money from the website operator after depositing the money into the H account of the company G, a website deposit account using the Defendant’s name E BankF account.

In addition, from that time to March 3, 2020, the Defendant deposited KRW 112,260,000 over 430 times as shown in the annexed crime list, and served as gambling.

1. Application of the Acts and subordinate statutes to report the arrival of the defendant's legal statement, a copy of a warrant of search, seizure and verification, E bank reply data (related to the suspect), and closure data on gambling sites;

Relevant provisions of the National Sports Promotion Act and Articles 48 subparagraph 3 and 26 (1) of the same Act concerning criminal facts, the selection of fines (including circumstances in which the defendant committed a second offense, even though he/she received a summary order of KRW 5 million from the Incheon District Court on August 16, 2016 as a crime of violating the National Sports Promotion Act (Gambling, etc.) and received a fine in the form of

1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order;
