Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B, with the trade name of “B mountain father” in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, performed abortion surgery by a doctor operating a mountain father and a person who visited the said mountain father through A, a broker for abortion surgery, around December 4, 2013 (hereinafter above 28 years old, pregnant 4-5 parking), upon request from the I to undergo abortion surgery, and by inserting metal pipes into the said mountain father and the operating room, performed abortion surgery by promptly separating the fetus from her mother body by inserting it into the marine (hereinafter “marcing surgery”). On the same day on the 14th day of the same month, the Defendant continued to perform abortion surgery by requesting the said mountain father through the above A (mar, 21 years old, 5 years old and 5 years old).

In the end, the defendant was born twice on commission of female, and the defendant was born twice.

2. Defendant C, with the trade name of “Lunchine” in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, performed an abortion operation by a doctor operating a mountain father and a person who visited the said mountain father through A, a broker for abortion treatment, around October 4, 2013 (hereinafter “Lunchine”). Upon request from Ma (M 27 years old, pregnant 5 parking), the broker for abortion treatment, the Defendant: (a) performed an abortion operation by inserting metal pipes into the said mountain father and the operating room to separate the fetus from the mother’s body by inserting it into the marine and then continuously performed an abortion operation by requesting the mar (hereinafter “maring surgery”); and (b) on November 12 of the same year, the Defendant continued to perform the abortion operation by requesting the mar (M 18 years old, pregnant 4-5 vehicles) who visited the said mountain father through the above A to perform abortion operation.

In the end, the defendant was born twice on commission of female, and the defendant was born twice.

3. The Defendant, along with the Internet Brogs, included the Defendant’s Kakao Kakao Stockholm on the Internet Brogs, and described the above posted article on the Defendant’s Internet Brogs, and whether it is possible for the Defendant to conduct abortion by phoneing free of charge to women who wishing to undergo abortion surgery from those who wish to undergo abortion surgery.
