Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] While Defendant A and Defendant B were in prison from May 2015 to September 2016, Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to abortion the fetus upon Defendant B’s pregnancy. Defendant C is a doctor operating H hospital, and Defendant D is a doctor operating I hospital.
