Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of "C", and Defendant B is the head of the above business establishment.

From around December 2019 to February 11, 2020, the Defendants conspired to engage in the act of arranging sexual traffic in collusion with the Defendants in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.
