1. From the end of April 2019 to June 25, 2019, Defendants A operated a commercial sex acts business with the trade name “E” located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu. Defendant B was an employee in charge of night hours at the above business establishment during the same period; Defendant C, from May 28, 2019 to June 25, 2019, was working as an employee in charge of night hours at the above business establishment, and Defendant C, from May 28, 2019 to June 25, 2019, was found to have been working as an employee in charge of night hours at the birth state F (F, female, 35), G (G, 46), H (H, female, 36 years old), I (I, female, 26 years old), J (K, 26 years old), K (n, female, 41L, 450,000 won or more for customers and employees.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange commercial sex acts for business purposes.

If a foreigner who has sole criminal conduct of defendant A intends to be employed in the Republic of Korea, he/she shall obtain the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and no person shall employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while operating the “E” as above, employed seven foreign women who did not have the above status of stay eligible for employment because only the status of stay exemption (B-1) was granted.

No person of "2019 Highest 2793" shall employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

Nevertheless, from August 20, 2019 to September 4, 2019, the Defendant employed N (O) a foreigner of the nationality of Thailand, who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, as a marina branch, in the traditional marina site in the operation of the Defendant in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, and did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.
