1. Basic facts

A. B has been operating C, and around December 1, 201, the employees left office after bankruptcy, and completed the report on the closure of the place of business in the Si Public Interest Service around February 29, 2012.

B. On June 25, 2012, D, working in C, a labor inspector belonging to the Ansan-si Office of the Central Employment and Labor Agency of the Central Small and Medium-and-medium Regional Employment and Labor Agency of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, in which an application for recognition of bankruptcy, etc. was defective, shall investigate whether C is bankrupt or not, and present the opinion that “the employer is not able to settle wages and pay wages within three months because the employer has no bonds or other rights available as of September 10, 2012, in addition to 76,865,707 won in excess of the delayed payment of wages of workers, 100,651,652 won in credit purchase, 122,879,879 won in financial institutions loans, and 150,010,610,610 won in arrears of national and local taxes, 4 large insurance arrears amounting to 82,197,260 won in a state of nonperformance.”

Accordingly, on September 18, 2012, the Gyeyang-gu Regional Employment and Labor Agency notified C of the recognition of bankruptcy, etc.

C. As a result of the investigation into C by the Korea Employment and Labor Agency, C had no movable or real estate owned at the time of the bankruptcy. At the time of the bankruptcy, C had claims against Postal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “EM”), KRW 264,465,216, and KRW 203,603,60,363, claims against E, claims against F Co., Ltd., KRW 39,486,630, claims against G Co., Ltd., KRW 30,296,763, claims against G Co., Ltd., KRW 103,07,656, claims against H Co., Ltd., and KRW 65,58,81, KRW 37,108,606, claims against E Co., Ltd. against E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “EM”), KRW 12413,424,00, KRW 1050,050, etc.

However, among them, Postal Co., Ltd. closed its business on December 31, 2011, and E, F, G companies, etc. have already closed their business before the suspension of C's business, and claims against I companies were also long-term attempted in contact. D.

B, the representative of C, is the defendant corporation on December 1, 201.
