Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million due to a violation of road traffic law (driving) in the Daejeon District Court’s support on March 11, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a passenger car in the 2nd century in violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (not after an accident).

On September 28, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.206% during blood transfusions at around 22:20 on September 28, 2017, and led the Defendant to drive the said car on a three-lane road in front of the granted military level C in the direction of a river diameter.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant, while neglecting to do so, failed to stop immediately and failed to take necessary measures, when the part of the victim’s rocketing car driven in the opposite opposite lane, which was driven in the center line by negligence, was shocked to the left part of the Defendant’s driving vehicle, with the left part of the Defendant’s driving vehicle.

2. The Defendant has the history of being punished as stated in the judgment in the crime record, and the Defendant was found to have been exposed to driving under drinking twice or more, such as driving, etc. of the Bnish with alcohol concentration of 0.206% under the influence of alcohol as stated in paragraph (1) of September 28, 2017.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around December 23, 2017, driven a car with approximately one meter off while under the influence of 0.270% alcohol concentration in the blood on the front of the O-distance Park, which is located as a citizen of Yansan City, on the road in front of the O-Ga Park.

3. The defendants who violate the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseed driving) shall be punished as stated in the judgment of the court.
