1. Defendant A as the representative director of Food Manufacturing Business Co., Ltd. located in Gwangju City, Defendant A as the above company:

(a) employs 10 foreigners who do not have the status of stay eligible for employment as described in attached Table (1) Nos. 1 through 10 from March 2, 2011 to June 11, 2012, including employment of D, a foreigner who does not have the status of stay eligible for employment, from May 12, 2012 to June 11, 201;

B. Three foreigners, including those employed from June 1, 2012 to June 11, 2012, who were foreigners without obtaining permission to change their work place, employed three foreigners who did not obtain permission to change their work place, as shown in [Attachment 11-1] to June 11, 2012, from June 1, 2012 to June 11, 2012.

2. Defendant B, the representative of Defendant B Co., Ltd., was employed by ten foreigners who did not have the above status of sojourn to work as to the business affairs of Defendant B at the date and place specified in the above Paragraph 1., and three foreigners who did not obtain permission to change the place of work.

[2013Gohap705] Defendant A was the representative director of the food manufacturing chain Co., Ltd., Ltd., in Gwangju-si, and employed five foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, such as the list of crimes in attached Table (2), from October 2012 to December 5, 2012, including employment of F, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, in the above company from October 2012 to December 5, 2012.
