Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the telecom with D in the name of “Curel” in Pyeongtaek-si B.

1. Where a foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities intends to find a job in the Republic of Korea, he/she shall obtain the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and shall not employ a person who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) entered the Ma [the period of stay is limited to the period of stay from May 13, 2016 to the period of stay from May 18, 2016] of the Thailand’s nationality in which he/she does not have the status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities from March 7, 2016 to March 24, 2017; (b) he/she exempted the Defendant from the period of stay from the visa to the period of stay from May 13, 2016; (c) employment as a cleaning book of the her mother country; and (d) employment as a cleaning book of the her mother country in which he/she did not have the status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities from January 10, 2017 to March 24, 2017; and (d) employment of the her mother country from January 13, 2014 to the period of stay from January 13, 2014] and clean the period of stay.

2. No foreigner having the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities of foreigners without obtaining the permission to change the place of work, shall work at a place other than the designated place of work, and no person shall employ any foreigner who fails to obtain the permission to change the place of work or to obtain an additional permission;

Nevertheless, from January 11, 2017 to March 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) designated the Defendant’s workplace as a non-professional employment (E-9) and, after entering the workplace, as “K (K)”, without obtaining permission to change or add the workplace; and (b) set monthly salary of KRW 1.8 million at the apartment room.
