A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. "2013 Highest 6086";

A. On October 30, 2013, around 21:55, the Defendant stolen the victim B, at the D Hospital 611 sick room of 6 stories in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu, and at the victim B, at the victim's creb and the victim's creb, the Defendant stolen one passbook under the victim's name.

B. At around 23:21 on the same day, the victim Seo-gu Agricultural Cooperative Co., Ltd.: (a) entered the victim Seo-ju Agricultural Cooperative located in Seo-gu, Gwangju, in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim B; and (b) withdrawn a total of KRW 2.5 million on three occasions by entering the passwords entered on the back of the passbook.

2. On March 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 02:30 on March 13, 2013, the victim G was hospitalized in the F Hospital 526 room located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, by taking the alcohol of disguised treatment; (b) the victim’s cash 2.50,000 won owned by the victim on the part of the patient’s clothes was stolen, regardless of whether he/she was dead.
