A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months by committing assault, etc. at the Daegu District Court.

피고인은 2015. 5. 5. 13:45경 대구 중구에 있는 반월당 지하상가에서 “쌍절곤을 소지한 사람이 쌍절곤을 돌리면서 불안감을 조성하는 행위를 하고 있다."는 112 신고를 받고 출동한 대구 중부경찰서 소속 경위 C가 피고인에게 경범죄처벌법위반 혐의로 범칙금고지서를 발부하였다는 이유로 화가 나 위 경위 C에게 “이 병신 같은 새끼들! 우리 집에 들었던 도둑은 안 잡아 주면서 지랄하고 있네. 이 씨발 놈아! 콱 때리 뿔라.”라고 큰소리로 욕설을 하고, 전달받은 범칙금고지서를 바닥에 버리면서 “병신새끼 지랄하네. 확 쥑이 뿔라. 안 버렸다 씨발 놈아!”라고 욕설을 하고, 소지하고 있던 쌍절곤 2개를 한손에 쥐고 위 C 향해 때릴 듯이 휘두르는 등으로 위협하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
