A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Food Sanitation Act;

Nevertheless, from April 4, 2014 to February 6, 2017, the Defendant sold a total of 881 sick processed parts to multiple consumers without indicating the distribution deadline, which is an indication of food, etc., in the above Defendant’s residence, and without indicating the distribution period, such as food, etc., on a total of 198 occasions as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold food without marking that meets the standards.

2. No person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the place of origin;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from April 4, 2014 to February 6, 2017, entered the said Defendant’s residence in the said Defendant’s dwelling area, divided into 1 km for Chinese feed in the capacity of 1kg, and then put the country of origin in the Stick to be attached to Byung.
