A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 01:47 on May 7, 2019, the victim D (26 years of age) and the victim E (23 years of age) moving the Defendant out of the main shop in the street room at the entrance of the head of the "C" club located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) the victim’s head was sleeped with the victim’s head; (c) the victim’s head was sleeped with his hand; and (d) the victim E face was sleeped once by drinking.

From the same day until 01:49 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) the police officer called up after receiving a report from 112 and having received a report from 01:49 on the same day, made the victim D, who was spiting the victim’s head by hand, and spits the victim’s head several times on the face of the victim E; (b) spits the victim’s head on several occasions; and (c) continued to have the victim’s face on one occasion on one occasion on the face of the victim’s backway; (d) the Defendant taken the victim D or E as a cell phone, and continued to have the victim’s face of the victim F (26 years of age) (the main customer), who was the victim’s cell in which the victim D or E was taken.
