Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On April 14, 2013, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car on the road in front of the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-gun, with a speed of about 60 km from the offside to the north-do at the speed of about 60 km, and due to the negligence of failing to observe and drive the vehicle correctly, and due to the negligence on the part of the Defendant’s failure to drive the vehicle at the right edge of the said rocketing car.

As a result, the Defendant destroyed the Gale Day owned by the Ulsan Military Office to be equivalent to KRW 1,332,830,000, and left the site without taking necessary measures immediately after the occurrence of a traffic accident that obstructs the passage of other vehicles due to the said traffic accident.
