A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On June 2016, the Defendant, at G operated by the victim’s name in F in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a sinB cream with a market price equivalent to 18,000 won, which was displayed by a sinB cresh in the management negligence of employees in the place; and (b) subsequently, committed a theft of the cosmetics, etc. totaling eight times in total, in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from that time to September 2016.
