Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 1568"

1. On April 2, 2018, from around 21:00 to around 22:00, the Defendant thefted the Defendant with a high-surk hip, which is an infinite ownership of the victim’s name, displayed at a store where the trade name in the modern market located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is unknown.

2. On April 2, 2018, around 21:20 on April 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stored the cans of 1,450 won at the market price of the victim’s possession displayed at the “E” in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Operation D; and (b) stolen the victim’s possession.

3. On April 2, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a 'H’ reflect of the victim G operation in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F; (b) one factoring before the victim’s market value, which was located in front of the display stand, was the victim’s possession, which was in front of the display stand at KRW 5,00.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the victims' property at least three times in total.

On March 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30 on March 17, 2018, at the “J” located in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) displayed on the ship team by taking advantage of the gaps of the employees’ surveillance negligence; (c) 1 Byung-ju-ri and 24,280 won in total of the market price of the L owned by the victim, which was displayed on the ship team; (d) 24,280 won in total in the air condition of the L owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the total amount of 59,280 won of the market price owned by the victims.
