1. Of the instant lawsuit, the Plaintiff’s restoration of the authentic title against Defendant B, C, D, E, F, and G is based on the restoration of the authentic title.

1. Basic facts

A. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet (2) is divided into 24,397 square meters of forest land in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, which was owned by the network L.

C. The deceased L (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on December 12, 1975. At the time of the deceased’s death, the deceased’s heir N, N, South-Nam, Defendant G, Defendant H, Defendant I, Defendant J, Defendant J, Defendant J, and Defendant K for 3 women, and N died on November 11, 201.

2. The plaintiff's assertion

A. The Plaintiff received the instant real estate from the Deceased on April 22, 1974. Since the Deceased died on December 12, 1975, the Plaintiff made a claim against Defendant G, H, I, J, and K, the co-inheritors of the Deceased for the transfer of ownership based on the said donation.

B. Meanwhile, on December 26, 1975, after the death of the deceased, the ownership transfer registration of the instant real estate was completed on December 26, 1975 due to the sale as of December 22, 1975, and the registration of ownership transfer on the instant real estate was null and void. Since the Plaintiff, the deceased’s heir, and Defendant G, H, I, J, and K, as of December 26, 1975, are all null and void, the ownership transfer registration on the instant real estate was filed against Defendant B, C, D, E, F, and K, the title holder of the instant real estate.
