Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, for the defendant A, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

B On December 8, 2011, the Seoul Eastern District Court sentenced two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny from the Seoul East Eastern District Court on October, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 16, 2011.

On August 29, 2012, around 18:40, at the top of the I crosswalk in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the Defendants, along with the Defendants, found the victim J's work on the way on which they board the Oralba, and accessed the victim, and Defendant A, while preparing to go through the Oralba-si Si, Oiba-si, and preparing to go away.
