The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. The summary of the public prosecution is that the defendant c(74) and the E community service center located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, is exercising in the victim C(74) and the E community service center of the five story.
On May 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 07:00 on May 8, 2016; (b) around 5th floor healthcare in the E community service center, and (c) on the ground that water contained in the paper-to-day World Cup is bad for the victim, and (d) sustained bodily injury, such as salt, tension, etc. between the 14-day knife and tension.
2. Determination
A. The Defendant asserted that, at the above date, at the above time and place, the Defendant suffered bodily injury, such as fluence from the victimized person, and the Defendant merely removed the injured person’s son from his her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son
B. The following facts are acknowledged based on evidence.

The victim was indicted for the above facts, and was sentenced to a fine by this court 2016Da1281.
2) A witness of the relationship between the defendant and the victim is F, G, and F stated that “The victim’s hand appears above the victim’s head, the defendant appears to have taken the victim’s hand back, and the victim’s hand, who considered that the victim’s hand was about to go out of the victim’s body, and the defendant was about to go out of the victim’s body, and that the victim’s hand was about to go out of the victim’s body, and the victim’s hand was about to go out of the victim’s head, and the defendant was also taken off from the victim’s body, and then the victim did not take the victim’s hand (F’s statement of the police statement). G “The victim was found to have taken the victim’s head debt, and the victim was found to have taken off the victim’s body.”
