A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:05 on June 8, 2018, the Defendant, at the main point located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance door to the victim D (the name, the 24 years old, and the 24 years old; (b) and drinking after drinking alcohol on the first floor emergency stairs of the above building; (c) opened the victim under the influence of alcohol; (d) opened the part of the victim under the influence of alcohol; (e) put the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s entrance; and (e) placed the victim’s personal organ in the victim’s clothes; and (e) has sexual intercourse with the victim by placing the said victim on his/her stairs; and (e) continuously prevented the victim from taking the victim’s hair with his/her hand even though the victim resisted with his/her mind while she resisted him/her; and (e) continued to have sexual intercourse with the victim by making the victim’s chest by continuously selling the victim’s body.

In the end, the Defendant used the victim's resistanceable condition to have sexual intercourse once with the victim.

2. The Defendant sexual intercourses with the victim at a time, at the same time, at the same time as paragraph 1, and at the same place as the above, and brought the victim who could not properly get out of the body due to the damage, and led the victim to the future in the corridor toilet of the third floor of the above building, leading the victim to the entrance of the victim, standing down on the wall as fast as the hallway end, putting the victim's sexual organ into the wall, putting the victim's arms into the wall, taking the victim's arms at the seat of the defect in which the victim intends to go out of the wall, making the victim's sexual intercourse with the victim after suppressing the victim's resistance, and making the victim sexual intercourse with the victim, taking the body behind the victim's body, and putting the victim's hair back into the wall, and putting the victim's head.

Ultimately, the Defendant raped the victim once by assault.
