1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 100,55,00 among them and KRW 100,55,000 from September 16, 1998.

A. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants and D with this Court No. 2004Gahap837, Nov. 11, 2004; “The Defendant and D jointly received 108,907,939 won and 100,555,000 won among them from September 16, 1998 to November 1, 1998; 22% per annum from the following day to March 21, 1999; 22% per annum for Defendant A; from the following day to July 26, 2004 for Defendant B; from July 7, 2004 for Defendant C; from July 5, 2004 to July 5, 2004; and from July 19, 2004 to the date of full payment; and from each of them to the date of full payment.”

B. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the above judgment amount to the Plaintiff.
