1. Indication of claim;

A. Defendant A Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant A”) entered into a credit guarantee agreement with the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund as follows, and Defendant B, C, and D jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation to be borne by the Defendant Company to the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund pursuant to the following credit guarantee agreements:

The principal of the credit guarantee (original) credit guarantee period from May 25, 1995 to May 25, 1995, 100,000 to May 25, 1995 to May 25, 1996, 16, 100,000 to October 16, 1996 to October 16, 1996 to October 10, 197,00,000 on June 25, 1997 to June 10, 197,00 to June 9, 198 to June 25, 1998 to June 19, 198.

The defendant company received a loan from the financial institutions as collateral, but failed to pay the principal and interest of the loan thereafter. On December 18, 1998, the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund paid 109,864,383 won to the Jeonbuk bank, 108,139,039 won to one bank, 100,000,000 won to the Mine Industry Co., Ltd on September 10, 1998, and 96,534,225 won to the National Bank on December 29, 1998.

C. The Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund filed a lawsuit against the Defendants against the Seoul Central District Court No. 2003da82721, and the above court rendered a judgment to the following purport on March 18, 2004. The above judgment became final and conclusive on April 8, 2004.
