Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 531"
1. Larceny;
A. On July 27, 2019, at around 17:00 to 21:00, the Defendant found the victim D’s E freight cars parked in front of the “C” building located in Hong-gun Hong-gun, Hong-gun, and opened and opened a door of the said cargo car, and entered the door, a new physical card, etc., owned by the victim, one of the 150,000 won of the market price, and one of the OStetetete A and one of the 4,500 won of the market price.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property equivalent to 154,500 won in total of the market price owned by the victim.
B. On July 30, 2019, around 11:38, 2019, the Defendant discovered and carried a H cargo vehicle of the victim G, which was parked in front of the Hong-gun Hong-gun, and opened a front door of the said cargo vehicle and opened a door to the victim’s credit card, which was the victim’s possession, and a merchandise coupon equivalent to KRW 2,500,000, the market price of which was 250,000, was 4,500 won.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property equivalent to 256,500 won in total of the market price owned by the victim.
2. On July 30, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraudulent and Credit Specialized Finance Act: (a) around 13:17, 2019, the Defendant placed an order for food to the victim as if the Defendant would pay the amount normally; and (b) placed an order for food to the victim; (c) received food equivalent to KRW 7,000 at the market price from the victim; and (d) paid the amount by using a stolen personal check card, such as the foregoing paragraph (a).
Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received the property equivalent to the market value of KRW 7,00 from the victim, and used the stolen check.

3. The Defendant, in the middle of August 2019, acquired two credit cards (on-site card M and Samsung Card N) lost by the victim L in a place where the victim L was lost at a place where the victim’s L is unknown, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun.
